		<description>The investigation of the Challenger disaster was covered in detail in "What Do You Care What Other People Think?" by Richard Feynman. A nice read (though not quite as much fun as "Surely You're Joking, Mr. Feynman!").

And I agree that the real work has to be done from the bottom-up. I see this whenever I have to write code.</description>
